Our minds were blown pondering questions like this as we talked life, death, and science fiction books over many a beer at a Beijing brewery.
And thus the Life Death Sci-fi podcast was conceived.
On Life Death Sci-fi, we explore, analyze, and celebrate classic and contemporary science fiction books. We love science fiction and all its extrapolations—especially how it asks big questions about what it means to be human.
For Season 1 of Life Death Sci-fi, we took a sort of stream-of-consciousness approach, mostly selecting books from what now feels like a random Buzzfeed list of [arguable] sci-fi classics. Then we decided to try a theme, settling on Mars as the theme for Season 2. And for our third and current season, we are focusing on time travel.
